Liberty Quartet returning to Thermopolis

The Liberty Quartet is returning to perform two concerts in Thermopolis at the Federated Community Church on Sunday, Aug. 12, at the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services. A free will offering will be taken to support their ministry.

The quartet began as part of a church in Boise, Idaho. In 1997 they began doing concerts full time. Members are Royce Mitchell, bass; Paul Ellis, Lead; Derek Simonis, baritone; and Philip Batton, tenor. Their music is a broad combination of sacred music. They have sung at large conventions including the Southwest Music Festival, Great Western Fan Festival and the Gospel Music Fan Festival in Canada.

The two church concerts are open to the public.
