Remembering the fallen

A plaque recognizing 24 men from Hot Springs County who gave their lives in World War II is passed during a rededication of the memorial grove for the soldiers. The rededication was done by the Hot Springs County Daughters of the American Revolution and VFW Auxiliary, and during the program it was noted many of the original green ash trees in the grove are still standing. Speaking at the program were, from left: Marilyn Strausborger, Veva Blakesley and Kay Rush.
