Tuesday, June 5

5:49 p.m. A REDDI report was received from Wyoming Highway Patrol. The suspect vehicle could not be located.

Thursday, June 7

6:27 p.m. A male subject reported his daughter had left home. The girl was located safely in Worland.

Friday, June 8

7:45 a.m. Report of a bike left near the East River Road river access. The responding deputy located a moped that was stripped of its engine and dumped. The rest of the vehicle was taken to a scrap pile.

3:39 p.m. Report of reckless driving on Highway 20. The suspect vehicle was observed but the deputy did not see any issues.

Sunday, June 10

4:20 p.m. Report of a family fight north of town. The deputy spoke to the involved parties and they agreed to go their separate ways.

Monday, June 11

5:44 p.m. Report of a missing horse from near Black Mountain Road. The incident is under investigation.

Wednesday, June 6

9:12 a.m. Complainant reported credit card fraud.

10:07 a.m. Report of a missing juvenile, who was later found and returned home

12:34 p.m. Complainant reported people playing with remote controlled vehicles in a business parking lot. The subjects in question were asked to leave.

5:12 p.m. A semi was stopped for following to closely. The responding officer located an open container in the vehicle and the driver was cited for it. The driver did pass field sobriety tests.

5:38 p.m. Report of a vehicle being driven erratically. An officer located the vehicle but did not see any just cause to stop it.

Thursday, June 7

2:08 a.m. Report of an intoxicated subject. The subject was contacted and interviewed, and left in the care and custody of a friend.

12:42 p.m. An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding, and upon further investigation cited two subjects for possession of marijuana.

2:45 p.m. A subject was requesting assistance on the side of the road. A second subject arrived and offered to pay for gas.

4:32 p.m. Complaint about a vehicle driving fast by a residence. The vehicle was contacted and the subjects were warned.

9:22 a.m. An odor of an intoxicant was detected during court proceedings. Two subjects were tested with negative results. A third subject, Linda Hughes, refused the test and was arrested on an alleged bond violation.

8:07 p.m. Subject reported a possible break in. There were no signs of forced entry.

8:51 p.m. Officer was called to assist with a burglary in another county. The matter is under investigation.

Saturday, June 9

2:21 a.m. Report of a stolen motorcycle. The matter is under investigation.

1:48 p.m. REDDI report, though the suspect driver could not be located.

6:31 p.m. Hazardous material call regarding a propane tank that was purging.

Sunday, June 10

3:44 p.m. Juveniles who were trying to start a fire in a shed were spoken to about the dangers.

3:46 p.m. Reported accident of someone hitting a barrier around a gas meter. The driver was located and was cited for no insurance.

Monday, June 11

9:25 a.m. Report of vandalism, which is under investigation.

5:15 p.m. Complainant was concerned people were removing items from an unoccupied home.

6:56 p.m. Subjects on the river were warned of the dangers of doing so at this time.

Circuit court

Jordan A. Ibarra was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspension and six months unsupervised probation. Fees and fines are $255.

Danny J. Anderson was found guilty of two counts of domestic battery and was sentenced to 180 days in jail and six months supervised probation.

Skyler T. McClure was bound over to District Court on two counts of burglary and two counts of theft.

Cody M. Wallace was bound over to District Court on two counts of conspiring to commit a felony, wrongful taking or disposing of property and theft.

Tracey R. Matti-Forsting was bound over to District Court on two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony and two counts of accessory before the fact.

Howard L. Haagensen was found guilty of battery and was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 45 days suspension and six months supervised probation.
