Register now for wrestling camp

Those who want to keep up with or improve their wrestling techniques can sign up for the Bobcat Wrestling Camp this summer. Though the two-day camp is not until June 29 and 30, registration is already open and limited to the first 150.

Travis McDermott stated the camp is “a technique camp that we have brought NCAA runner up and three time All American Bryce Meredith into teach.”

There are four technique sessions for ages 10 and up — two on each day — and two daily sessions for ages 7-9. There will be one session per day for younger kids. Meredith will be teaching basic to advanced wrestling technique that he has used throughout his career.

The camp will end with an outdoor tournament on the evening of Saturday, June 30. The tournament is planned for the football field, weather cooperating.
