Western sign of spring

Forget keeping an eye out for Robins because out West, our first sign of spring is the cattle being moved from winter pasture back to the ranch in time for calving. Last Thursday, a herd was moved up Hwy. 20 north, stopping traffic in both directions as the cowboys brought them home.
