8:51 a.m. A concrete barrier at a business was damaged by a vehicle. Video evidence is being collected to determine who the driver was.
9:23 a.m. A building at Kirby appeared to have been struck by a hit and run driver.
8:24 p.m. Report of fireworks in a parking lot. A juvenile was located and spoken to.

8:43 a.m. Dispute at Red Lane between neighbors regarding geese straying off the owners property.
Friday, July 14
3:41 p.m. REDDI report on a vehicle all over the road. The suspect vehicle could not be located.
4 p.m. Report of a dog at large that got into the river and got out downstream. The dog was returned to its owner.
11:58 p.m. A female subject reported items were missing from her home.
Saturday, July 15
10:45 p.m. Report of a drunk hitchhiker. Desirea Writingbird was arrested for alleged public intoxication.
Sunday, July 16
1:53 p.m. Complainant reported two motorcycles weaving over the road in the canyon. No contact was made with the drivers.
Monday, July 17
10:40 a.m. Deputy assisted Wyoming Highway Patrol. Brandon Foster was arrested by WHP for alleged possession of a controlled substance and open container.
6:02 p.m. REDDI report of a vehicle all over the road. No contact was made.

Tuesday, July 11
1:16 a.m. A welfare check was requested on an individual who was found to be OK.
12:36 p.m. Report of a missing person. The subject was later located by family members.
9:33 p.m. Complainant reported a barking dog. The owner was contacted and agreed to get control of the barking.
Wednesday, July 12
1:55 p.m. Subject wanted a refund from a motel. The matter was deemed civil.
3:36 p.m. Report of overturned picnic tables in Candy Jack Park, with some tables missing parts of the protective coating.
7:47 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in two subjects cited for possession of a controlled substance.
7:57 p.m. Report of an accident near the Chamber of Commerce. Both vehicles received minor damage.
Thursday, July 13
7:50 a.m. A vehicle left in an area for some time was tagged as abandoned. The vehicle was later moved.
8 a.m. Report of someone cutting rope and moving cones at the construction site on 12th Street.
12:05 p.m. Caller was concerned about a dog tied up outside that had spilled its water. The owner was contacted and got the dog some new water.
7:55 p.m. Verbal dispute between two subjects. The subjects were split up for the night.
Friday, July 14
2:04 p.m. Nuisance report in regard to items piling up in front of a building. The owner was contacted and agreed to clean up the area.
5:23 p.m. Report of a dog that attacked a smaller dog. The aggressive dog was impounded, and the owner, who had another dog at large, received two citations for dog at large.
Saturday, July 15
12:46 a.m. Seth White was arrested for alleged driving under the influence.
10:14 a.m. Report of a family dispute. The officer spoke with the subjects involved, who admitted to arguing and yelling but no physical contact. The subjects were separated.
1:56 p.m. Welfare check on a subject who was found OK.
7:23 p.m. Report of dogs at large, found in the state park and impounded.
10:48 p.m. Caller was having trouble with a family member’s dog and requested it be impounded. Arrangements were made to allow the caller to leave the residence until the owner could return.
Sunday, July 16
8:26 a.m. A dog was found and returned to its home.
10:43 p.m. Report of fireworks. The origin could not be located.
Monday, July 17
7:08 a.m. Caller reported his cat had kittens in a neighbor’s yard and he was trying to get permission to go on the property and retrieve the animals.
2:56 p.m. Civil issue between a subject and his bank.
4:02 p.m. Report of a nuisance yard. The owner was contacted and agreed to address it.

Mckinley Jean and Londyn Ann were born on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 to Alisa and Ryan Martinez of Cheyenne.

Circuit court
Ambra O’Brien was bound over on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Tyler Lefthand was found guilty of driving under suspension and was sentenced to 15 days in jail with eight days suspension and six months of unsupervised probation. Fees and fines are $240.
