All class reunion hits town

This weekend marks one of the most popular weekends of the summer, All Class Reunion.

Registration for classes will be at the Hot Springs County Museum and Cultural Center from 1 – 3 p.m. on Saturday. Each of the classes attending will have a representative there and that will be the time tickets for Sunday’s picnic will be distributed.

The V.F.W. will be the place to be on Saturday night for the dance, which starts at 9 p.m.

Sunday’s picnic will be at the Kiwanis shelter starting at noon. Everyone is welcome to come to the picnic, but you must have pre-purchased a ticket to eat lunch.

Individual classes will be holding events on Friday night and their dinners on Saturday evening.

Saturday – dinner at Shorty’s, 6 p.m.

1957 – Friday – Candy Jack Park, 6 – 10 pm.

Saturday – Happy Hour, 6 p.m., dinner, 7 p.m. at V.F.W.

1967 – Friday – BYOB, Smoking Waters Shelter, dinner, bring an appetizer or dessert

Saturday – Happy Hour, 5:30 p.m., dinner, 6 p.m., Stones Throw

1972 – Friday – BYOB, Colleen and Tom Anderson home, 801 Spraul Rd., 6 p.m.

Saturday – dinner at Kirby Bar and Grill, 6 p.m.

1977 – Friday – picnic at Carolyn and Mike Conner’s home, 302 Hwy. 20 N., 6 p.m.

Saturday – dinner at Days Inn, 6 p.m.

1982 – Friday – BBQ at lower Kiwanis Shelter, 6 p.m.

Saturday – dinner at Stones Throw, 6 p.m.

1987 – Friday – BYOB Jackman’s home, 245 Jackman Rd., 6:30 p.m.

Saturday – lower terraces, BYOB, 6 p.m.

Other classes may be holding additional events but they they did not go through the reunion committee.
