He was born in Walsh, Colo., to Oliver and Winifred Walling on August 10, 1921. His parents divorced in Frank's youth. He was then raised by his mother and grandmother. Later his mother remarried William Henry Harrison Sitover and they raised him. He dearly loved his step- father.

He married Marie and they moved to Folsom, Calif., and later to Wheeler, Ore., where they purchased a motel. After Marie's death, he sold the motel and met Lovina Miller at Senior Citizen Center in Oregon. She was the love of his life. They moved to Thermopolis in 1996 so they could enjoy the mineral springs. A few years after Lovina's death Frank moved to Worland. Frank was a giving person who was loved by all that knew him, especially his close friends and care givers.

He is survived by his two grandsons, James and Bobby Brisbin; niece, Denise Lewis; and nephews, Ralph and Wesley All.

He was preceded in death by all of his parents; wives; and his beloved daughter.
