Men of Worth concert Oct. 20

Men of Worth, a dynamic duo whose members come from the British Isles, will be performing on Thursday Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Hot Springs County School District auditorium.

Scotsman Donnie Macdonald and Irishman James Keigher have recorded 11 albums and tour around the world to sold-out concerts. They are as likely to entertain with Irish humor as Scottish ballads. They bring with them a variety of instruments hative to the British Isles, including the bodhran (Irish drum), banjo, guitar, mandolin, button accordion and Irish stringed instruments.

The concert is part of a two-day school residency with Men of Worth working and performing with students and educators.

Tickets for the public performance are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, with students being free. No advance tickets are available.

The concert is sponsored by the Hot Springs Greater Learning Foundation, Wyoming Arts Council with support of the Wyoming State Legislature, Western States Arts Federation and Hot Springs County School District.
