A quick trim

Monday at A Cut Above, John Zupan received his first haircut in five years from Beth Benavidez. Zupan chose to grow his hair out - enduring negative and positive comments - to donate it to Wigs for Kids. The organization provides hairpieces for children who have suffered hair loss, to help boost their confidence and self-esteem. Donated hair must be at least 12 inches long, and Zupan gave 14. He was joined by Krystal Spatol, a regular donor who gave 16 inches to bring her total to 140. An account is set up at Central Bank and Trust for anyone who wants to Wigs for Kids.
