Christmas tree disposal

The Town of Thermopolis asks residents to refrain from filling town dumpsters with Christmas trees.

The town asks residents to place the trees next to the dumpster so town employees can remove them.

Another option to dispose of the trees would be to donate them for use by the Bighorn Bowhunters during the club’s New Year’s Shoot Sunday, Jan. 3.

Residents can drop the trees off behind the multi-purpose building on a concrete pad.
