When vandals steal or paint roadway signs, or shoot signs with high-powered handguns, rifles and shotguns, highway safety is compromised and taxpayers lose.

That’s definitely the case this year in Northwest Wyoming, including Fremont, Hot Springs, Washakie, Big Horn and Park counties.
