Connie Combs barrel racing clinic

Young ladies from Wyoming and surrounding states will be participating in the Third Annual Connie Combs Barrel Racing Clinic this weekend at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds.

World champion barrel racer and seven-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier, Combs is the only person to win the WPRA World Championship on a stallion.

Combs now spends much of her time training some of the best barrel horses on the rodeo circuit and girls participating in the clinic will be receiving hands-on training for the popular event.

While the clinic itself has already filled all the eligible spots, spectators are welcome to come view the clinic, which starts at 9 a.m. on Friday. There will be a $25 fee to watch the clinic.
