    James “Jim” Richard Farmer, 91, passed away on August 25, 2023, at Hot Springs Health in Thermopolis, Wyo. He was born on December 22, 1931, to Oscar and Dorthea (Rinbey) Farmer in Powell, Wyo. Cremation has taken place and services will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Thermopolis. The time has yet to be determined.
