    Hot Springs Greater Learning Foundation has been awarded a prestigious Wyoming Governor’s Arts Award for bringing the arts to Thermopolis.     The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is expected to issue a draft proposal as early as the opening months of 2016 recommending the delisting of the Yellowstone grizzly bear from the Endangered Species Act.     The Bighorn Bowhunters are having an archery shoot Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016. Shoot times are 8, 10 and 11:30 a.m. Organizers of the event are looking for donations of about 50 Christmas trees to create a small faux forest for the shoot.     Thelma Margaret Bryant, 86, of Flagstaff, Ariz. (formerly of Thermopolis) passed away peacefully on the evening of December 27, 2015, after a lengthy illness. Thelma was born November 13, 1929, in Crosby, Wyo., to Frank A. Cabre and Maggie Barham Cabre. Her siblings include Henry Cabre, Lucy Cabre Nichols, Lloyd Cabre and half brother Al Cunningham. The town asks residents to place the trees next to the dumpster so town employees can remove them. Another option to dispose of the trees would be to donate them for use by the Bighorn Bowhunters during the club’s New Year’s Shoot Sunday, Jan. 3.
