    Last week, Spencer Axtell and Chandler Maddock learned more about the process of artificial insemination (AI) during a training session at the armory of the Fremont County Fairgrounds.     On Thursday, Dec. 21, the public is invited to ride in Hot Springs County Senior Center vehicles to gaze upon the lovely holiday decorations around town. Center director, Lisa Pierce, said they will utilize the vehicles they have to ensure there is enough room.     Pickup and delivery of the Community Christmas Baskets will be Saturday, Dec. 16, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity Parish Hall, 642 Arapahoe.
