    Josh Schmidt, a former U.S. Marine and veterans service officer from the Wyoming Veterans Commission, will conduct community outreach services in Wyoming cities through August, with two stops in Thermopolis. Schmidt is available to meet with veterans and their families to discuss state and federal veterans’ benefits, Department of Veterans claims or VA healthcare. According to Messenger’s records, there were a total of 200 operations at the airport, including four air ambulances. Fires burning along the West Coast, specifically California, are what is causing the haze hanging around town.
