    During a recent meeting of the Thermopolis Town Council, Travel and Tourism Director Amanda Moeller said she did some paperwork for the State of Wyoming a couple months ago regarding opportunity zones, noting the town of Thermopolis was recommended by the governor to be such a zone.     Monday in Hot Springs District Court, Holly Herrera was sentenced to three to five years in prison on each of three counts of child endangerment — exposure to methamphetamine — and one year on a charge of second-offense possession of methamphetamine.     The body of 66-year-old David E. Cathey was found at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 3 in the Sand Draw area around Gebo.     Ryan J. Clayton of Nottingham, UK recently published an academic paper on a specimen with some peculiar pathologies at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center. Clayton stated he volunteered/interned at the center in the summer of 2013.
