    The Lovell Bulldogs visited the Bobcat matmen Thursday and had a longer than usual trip home as the Bobcats handed them a 45-30 trimming on 5 pins, 2 forfeits and a decision. Louie Castle, Chandler Maddock and Jon Hagen earned first period falls in impressive fashion while Koy Myers and Colter Hansen took a little longer, but just as emphatically claimed their pins in the second period.     The Thermopolis Middle School wrestlers wrapped up their season Saturday at the Riverton Middle School Spartan Invite. The team placed 8th out of 18 teams. First place honors went to Logan Cole-190 and Cole Collins-HWT. Bringing home second place was Wyatt McDermott-85. Riley Shaffer finished in third place at 140. All eleven students earned the top rating of superior.     The Durbin Creek Ranch Team Branding event wrapped up their season Feb. 6 at the fairgrounds. With several local teams participating, the winner rode off into the sunset with a new belt buckle. The event consists of a three-person team attempting to rope a calf to be branded. One team member ropes the head while another heals the calf, the remaining team member dismounts and brands the calf with a branding iron dipped in paint.
