    Tuesday afternoon, Hot Springs Travel and Tourism met for their regular meeting. Though no action was taken, as there were not enough members present for a quorum, Director Amanda Moeller presented information regarding legislation that could be detrimental for the county if it passes.     Its never to early to think about your health so now would be a good time to mark your calendar for the Annual Kiwanis Community Health Fair, March 25. This year, a new provider, Western Health Screening from Billings will be doing the blood draws, March 2-4 from 7 a.m. til 10 a.m. at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital.     The Bobcat Speech and Debate Team traveled to Kelly Walsh High School in Casper last weekend for their first tournament of the season. The predominantly freshman team has been working since November, even practicing through their Christmas break, to prepare for the season opener.
