I would like to say, in defense of the U.S. Constitution, the Good Book says the lion will eat grass like the lamb, but it will not happen in this life as we know it. When the lion takes the notion he will eat the lamb. So any quality of life in the future of the lambs was to form a government that is strong enough to hold back the actions of the lions of the world.
