2018 Gymkhana season opens

It's time for Gymkhana to get underway again, with the opener this past Saturday at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds. Events during each Gymkhana include barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, a flag race, dummy roping and a fun event, which this year was the key hole.

Results from Saturday's event are (in order of finish)

Junior

Barrels: Mesa Allen, Allen, Rylee Knight, Bridger Peil and Tymber Eckley

Poles: Allen, Allen, Knight and Eckley

Goats: Peil and Allen

Flag Race: Peil, Allen and Eckley

Dummy Roping: Peil, Eckley, Knight and Allen

Lead Line

Barrels: Tylee Agar, Scotlyn Armajo, Casen Eckley, Lillyana Reed, Decker Agar and Cooper Nye
