Wyoming state parks offer buffalo up to the highest bidder

Wyoming Parks and Historic Sites is gearing up for their Annual Bison Sale, giving you the opportunity to own one of these amazing animals.

The animals will come from Hot Springs State Park and Bear River State Park with minimum bids for 2016 calves starting at $1,800 and 2015 yearlings starting at $2,000.

Three heifer calves will be available from Bear River as well as two heifer calves from Hot Springs State Park.

Two bull calves from Hot Springs State Park and one from Bear River will be available along with one yearling bull from Hot Springs State Park.

All terms are cash and must be paid in advance before the animal will be allowed out of the park. All pick-ups will be done in Hot Springs State Park. Loading assistance will be provided by State Park employees and will start Friday, Jan. 13.

Bids must be received no later than the end of the business day on Tuesday, Jan. 10 and will be sold to the highest bidder.
