 Tuesday, March 15

1:14 p.m. Michael Malloy was transported from Natrona County to Hot Springs County. Malloy is charged with alleged failure to pay a fine and driving under the influence.

Thursday, March 17

7:26 a.m. Report of a brown and white cow out at Highway 20 and Webb Road.

Friday, March 18

10 a.m. A deputy assisted the Department of Family Services.

Saturday, March 19

11:18 p.m. Report of an injured deer on Highway 20 North. A deputy put the animal down.

Sunday, March 20

12:26 p.m. Report of a car and antelope accident on Highway 120. No injuries were reported.

12:11 p.m. Report of an injured deer at mile markers 130, 136 and 139 on Highway 20 North.

2:56 p.m. Caller was concerned about children having contact with a particular adult. No contact had been made.

4:24 p.m. Caller living on King Road reported a man came to the door asking for help. Caller thought the request was suspicious.

6:48 p.m. Caller reported almost hitting a hitchhiker at mile marker 145.5 on Highway 20 North.

6:58 p.m. REDDI call about a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was not located.

Monday, March 21

3:22 p.m. Report of someone driving over safety cones in the area of 1450 Owl Creek.

Tuesday, March 15

7:37 a.m. Report of a older brindle colored pug out of a yard. The dog was later returned home.

9:23 a.m. A bank requested standby in the 800 block of Warren, for the repossession of two vehicles.

10:32 a.m. Caller from the 400 block of South Sixth believed a man had walked out of the building with a bottle of liquor.

11:33 a.m. Caller stated a male subject had been driving in the alley, slowing and looking at the caller’s property.

1:09 p.m. Leithaniel Peahora was arrested on a warrant at the Law Enforcement Center, and charged with alleged probation violation and strangulation of a household member.

3:17 p.m. Caller in the 700 block of Fremont reported the front window of a vehicle was broken, possibly with a piece of mortar that was later found in the yard.

Wednesday, March 16

4:33 p.m. Report of a manhole cover knocked out of place in the 800 block of Park. The cover was removed, dirt was cleared from the housing and the cover was replaced.

8:10 p.m. Caller in the 1100 block of Clark reported a man and two or three children going door-to-door offering to perform chores. Caller thought the time of the request was suspicious.

Thursday, March 17

11:01 a.m. A woman reported having her coat stolen while doing her morning workout in the 100 block of East Arapahoe.

2:20 Report of a white and tan pit bull at Candy Jack Park. Knowing the owner of the dog, the animal control officer returned the animal.

3:04 p.m. Request for assistance from Probation and Parole. Elisha McGurn, who is on probation from Natrona County, was found to be drinking and placed on a hold.

7:38 p.m. Reporting party stated a red Dodge four-door with three or four male occupants had been following her all day. She requested extra patrol in the area of her home.

Friday, March 18

12:06 p.m. A brindle colored collie was found in the 500 block of Ryan and taken back home.

3:57 p.m. A complaint was made because of a horse trailer parked in the 500 block of Ryan. The trailer owners were using it to move, and moved the trailer once finished.

5 p.m. A gold, four-door Oldsmobile struck a pole in the 300 block of Amoretti. Reporting party stated seeing two people run from the vehicle.

5:57 p.m. Information was received of a Washakie County warrant for Nesho Skretteberg, who was taken into custody without incident. Skretteberg was released from Hot Springs County Detention Center March 21.

6:55 p.m. Caller from a business in the 500 block of South 6th reported she had put a bag of money in a safe, but later discovered the bag was missing.

9:50 p.m. Report of a male subject in the 500 block of South Sixth who showed a knife to a couple people. The male had a large amount of money and stated he was waiting for a ride.

Saturday, March 19

9:46 a.m. Report of a child not in a vehicle safety seat, in the 600 block of Shoshoni. The vehicle was gone by the time officers arrived.

11:08 a.m. Complainant reported receiving fraudulent Facebook messages and friend requests, attempting to obtain personal information.

4:16 p.m. A red labrador and a yellow labrador were found in the 100 block of Mountain View Road. The dogs had no tags and were taken to the vet.

Sunday, March 20

10:13 a.m. Dogs were impounded after they were found wandering. The owner picked up the animals upon payment of impound fees.

1:28 p.m. A welfare check was called at mile marker 122 Highway 20 South. A subject was found in possession of a controlled substance and cited.

1:34 p.m. Complaint of speeding at Second and Fremont

Monday, March 21

9:49 a.m. Officers were called to a family argument in the 200 block of Amoretti.

10:15 a.m. Officers were called to a neighborhood dispute at mile marker 122 on Highway 20 South. Officers were called out again at 10:20 a.m.

1:49 p.m. Officers were called to a disagreement in the 100 block of South Fourth. During the incident, one person had become aggressive and scared the other.

2:07 p.m. A near accident occurred at Sixth and Broadway when a vehicle cut off another. The offending vehicle was later stopped, and the driver advised to be more cautious.

2:19 p.m. Officers were initially called to the 400 block of Maiden because of a fight in progress. On arrival, officers were informed it was a mild argument.

2:24 p.m. Complaint of building material being put in a dumpster in the 800 block of Broadway. A male subject cleared out the material and took it to the dump.

4:09 p.m. Complaint of speeding in the 700 block of Washakie.

5:25 p.m. Report of an accident in which a vehicle on Cedar Ridge hit a parked vehicle. The bumpers of both vehicles were damaged.

James Daniel Patrick Amadon was born Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital to Karina and Jacob Amadon of Thermopolis.

He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Grandparents are Santiago and Luz Cisneros of Basin, Wyo., and James and Julie Amadon of Belfry, Mont.
