Lil' Wrangler reopens

The Lil' Wrangler reopened on April 2, and business has been busy.

"Since we opened we've been busier than I expected to be," manager Kim Harvey said.

The restaurant is sporting a new look, with a redone kitchen and a stylish dining area.

The dining area has been remodeled, with new tables and chairs to create more seating space.

The old dining area could seat 40, but Harvey said the new dining area can seat about 60 people.

With a modern cowboy rustic theme, the place looks every bit the part of a Wyoming restaurant.

Also, the outdoor patio should be finished by the time summer comes around.

The Lil' Wrangler had been closed for some time following the restaurant's oven hood going bad – a item that cost enough to close the place down.

That oven hood has been replaced, along with much of the kitchen equipment.

"There's changes to the menu," she said. "We've added new stuff to the menu."

Yet, Harvey said the old staples to the menu should all still be there.

The Lil' Wrangler is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.

The lunch menu starts at 11 a.m. and dinner starts at 5 p.m.

Harvey said she appreciates the community's patience while they worked to get open.
