    The 2015 Hot Springs County High School Homecoming Parade will start Friday at 10:45 a.m. from behind the high school on Senior Avenue and proceed to Arapahoe Street past 4th Street and Springview.     The grand opening of the 4-H Riverbend Bark Park will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10, in correlation with National 4-H Week. The Mustang 4-H Club came up with the idea to build a dog park in town for both residents and tourists to Hot Springs State Park, creating a fenced in area that would allow dogs to run and have fun while allowing their owners to be worry-free.     The Hot Springs County District Court jury trial of French national Gilbert Vieira for first degree sexual assault concluded Friday, Sept. 25 after five days. Vieira was held in the Hot Spring County Detention Center since March, 2015 after being arrested following an incident at a local hotel.     Connee Haverty, 86, passed away on September 22, 2015, in her home in Story, Wyo. She was being cared for by Dell Haverty, her husband of 62 years and her eldest son Van Vannoy. Connee was born in Worland, Wyo., on March 27, 1929, to Buster and Alice Hayes. She was the youngest of two daughters. Connee grew up on the Hayes Ranch in the Thermopolis area, one of Wyoming's most well known ranches. She was a true cowgirl through and through.
