    The filing period for special districts in Hot Springs County has closed and an eight-person race has developed for the Hot Springs County School District #1 board of trustees. Two incumbents and six challengers will be seeking one of three, four-year term seats on the board. Incumbents Jennifer Axtell and Sherman Skelton are running for reelection.     The Thermopolis High School Alumni Association is making major changes for future reunion gatherings. There will no longer be an organized association that will plan events for the weekend of reunion.
