    Recently, Jackrabbit Java in Thermopolis was the recipient of a handwritten letter claiming a whole bean bag of its product was recently purchased, though the customer later tried the product and was disappointed as it tasted “stale.” The customer then requests a replacement of the coffee and an explanation of how it happened.     This year marks the 100th anniversary of the building that is currently home to the Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel.
