    As the mercury continues to rise, it’s time for more outdoor projects and letting our furry four-legged friends out a bit more. Ame Longwell, the animal control officer, wants to remind people to make sure they have their pets’ license up to date. Those who need to renew their license or get a new one can come to the Law Enforcement Center. The cost is $5 for pets that are spayed or neutered and $15 for those that are intact.     The Casper Children’s Chorale will be making the final stop on their Spring Tour this Sunday at the Community Church. They will be performing four pieces during church services which begin at 10:30 a.m. The approximately 80-student chorale was founded in 1979 under the direction of Marcia Patton to give exceptional students from fourth through eighth grade the opportunity to perform at a higher level.     The public is invited to come to First Baptist Church for a pot luck supper. Joe Keim with his wife, Esther, will be the featured missionary at the church. Keim is the director of Map (Missions to Amish) and will be describing the religious culture of the Amish and how it relates to Faith in Christ for salvation.   • Encore Talent Show Saturday

Bill Dahlin will be at the Black Bear Café on Saturday, April 7 from 9-11 a.m. for a meet and greet.     For Dr. Will Robinson of Paintbrush Dental, providing care for people's teeth in Thermopolis is just part of his practice. Under the Mission of Mercy, he explained, a team of physicians and dentists go to different areas in Honduras - usually in a three- to five-year span before they begin repeating areas - doing medical missions "all in the name of Christ."
